Michael Reed

Michael E. Reed has practiced trade and professional association, corporate and tax law since 1968. He represents a wide variety of trade and professional associations, accrediting organizations, public charities and private foundations. Mr. Reed has served as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee and currently serves as the head of the firm’s Trade and Professional Association group.
