Business Meeting - 2025 Annual Membership Meeting 

The Annual Membership Meeting agenda includes significant Bylaws amendments, and all members are encouraged to review the documents and comment in advance of the meeting. 

Continuing Legal Education

The ASMAC Annual Meeting is a fantastic opportunity to connect with medical association general counsel, advocates and other high-level legal and policy experts. This is one of ASMAC's larger meetings and a great opportunity to engage with members from across the country who are working on the same issues. Presentations by leading experts and industry professionals on thoughtfully selected issues will help sharpen your understanding and connect you with resources to better help your members, clients and organizations.

CLE Credit

The ASMAC Annual Meeting program is generally eligible for 4 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. ASMAC Applies for credit from the MCLE Board in Illinois. Attendees will receive a certificate of CLE credit showing that credit for the course has been approved in Illinois. Attendees will be responsible for applying for credit in their own state.

Safe Travel Guidance

For the 2025 ASMAC Annual Meeting, we will again follow all AMA rules and guidance related to providing proof of Covid-19 vaccination and mask requirements. (AMA Health and Safety)

  • Attendees are strongly encouraged to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations per CDC guidelines. 
  • Attendees should test for COVID-19 if exhibiting any symptoms prior to the departure for the annual meeting, while attending the meeting, and/or following their return home after the meeting. Attendees should not participate in the meeting if, at any point, they test positive before or during the annual meeting.
  • CDC recommendations or requirements of Chicago and Illinois in effect at the time of the meeting will be enacted and enforced.
  • Masks are welcome but not required. Anyone who wishes to wear a mask is welcome to do so.
