ABOUT THE CONFERENCEThe ASMAC Annual Fall Conference provides the perfect platform to interact with other attorneys and physician advocates to learn how about legal, legislative, litigation and policy developments that are impacting physicians and physician practices. The room block closes 9/5/2024 Hotel Room Block Information and LinksCLE CREDITThe conference program is generally eligible for 8-10 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. ASMAC Applies for credit from the MCLE Board in Illinois. Attendees will receive a certificate of CLE credit showing that credit for the course has been approved in Illinois. Apply for a Scholarship ACTIVITIESIn addition to CLE programs, the ASMAC afternoon teambuilding activities are important member opportunities, and we encourage all attendees to participate (guest are also welcome). Additional information is available on the ASMAC website and community, where you can 'join' to help with planning and sign up. VIRTUAL OPTIONThere will not be a virtual option for the 2024 Fall Conference. All members are encouraged to attend in person. A limited number of sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference. CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations received before September 15, 2024, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative processing fee. Requests for refunds after September 15, 2024, will be considered on an individual basis following the meeting. Please include an explanation of any extenuating circumstances. Food and beverage guarantees are due to the Hotel on October 1, 2024, therefor cancellations and refund requests received after October 1 will not be refunded. Submit cancellation requests to ASMAC here. FALL BUSINESS MEETINGAll members are encouraged to attend the Fall Business Meeting. The meeting takes place virtually on September 16 at 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm EST. The meeting is open to all members.
